CEE's background
CEE is a mission-driven nonprofit with expertise in the energy efficiency industry. CEE seeks to contract with like-minded organizations, individuals, and firms who are committed to improving the local economy and strengthening the environment. This page includes all active requests for proposals to partner with us, ranging from market research to program implementation and other professional services.
Many of these opportunities will support CEE's statewide Market Transformation program to accelerate the adoption and availability of emerging energy efficiency technologies.

Marketing and Learning Request for Qualifications
Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) is seeking qualified vendors to provide marketing production, design and learning experience design for their market transformation portfolio. CEE is looking for a list of vendors to tap into in 2025 for these needs. Responses are due February 3, 2025 by 5 p.m. CST.
